Why are offers greyed out / locked?
There could be a few reasons why this might be happening:
You have not yet purchased a membership.
You are logged into the app using a different account to the one used to purchase the membership.
Your current membership may not include full access to the locked/greyed out offers.
If you have purchased a full membership, are logged into the correct account but continue to see the offers locked, kindly contact our customer support team for further assistance.
