📄 Social Pass – Terms of Service

Welcome to Social Pass! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Social Pass mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Bloombox H.A.N Ltd, a company registered in Larnaca, Cyprus.
By accessing or using Social Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
To use Social Pass, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Services
Social Pass provides:
Discounted dining offers from participating restaurants and bars.
Reservation functionality for listed venues.
Membership options for accessing premium deals.
We may update or remove features at our discretion.
3. User Account
You may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Membership & Subscriptions
Certain offers may require a paid membership. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Refunds are only granted where required by applicable law.
5. Use of Offers
Each offer is subject to terms set by the participating venue, such as availability, validity times, and booking requirements. Misuse of offers may result in account suspension.
6. Restaurant Partnerships
Social Pass does not own or operate the venues listed on the Platform. We are not liable for any damages, food quality, service issues, or business closures.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise system integrity.
Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Social Pass — including logos, visuals, and text — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
9. Privacy

10. Termination
