If you decide to register in SocialPass, it means that you give us a permission to have access to your personal data and to use them in accordance to with our business policy and you give us a general permission to communicate with you about other offers regarding SocialPass products, programs, events, or services by our application on your smartphone or iPhone, e-mail, telephone and other forms of communication without limits. For the avoidance of doubt, SocialPass allows other companies to offer our registered customers information about their products and services.

Unless given consent to do otherwise, SocialPass will only collect and use personal information as set out below. Throughout this Privacy Policy, we refer to your ‘personal information’, which means information which identifies you as an individual or from which your identity can be reasonably ascertained. Your name, gender, date of birth, home address, level of education, relationship with other people, current location where you are, or locations you've visited, your photos, home telephone number, mobile telephone number, email address and workplace contact details, are examples of personal information. SocialPass will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily, and downloading and using of the SocialPass application means that you give your consent.

SocialPass may request your personal information in order to facilitate or provide you with the Services, marketing materials, newsletters, electronic newsletters (e-newsletters), blog updates, new release / launch information, and advice of other SocialPass services, seminars or events which may be of interest. No one is obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to do so may result in SocialPass being unable to facilitate or provide you with the Services or information about the Services, seminars or events, or send you our e-newsletter or blog updates (as applicable). Also, in order to operate and deliver the Services personal information may also be shared with a service provider or other non-SocialPass company or professional. SocialPass recognizes the trust with which you provide personal information, and except as stated in this Privacy Policy, such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of SocialPass or any member of the public, or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety.

SocialPass does not send advertising or marketing information without obtaining prior consent, for example the consent contained within this Privacy Policy. If for some reason you believe SocialPass has not adhered to these principles, or you have queries relating to the Privacy Policy, or any problems or complaints may be directed to SocialPass via email and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. When you become user of The SocialPass, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.


As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, and then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. It is your passport to seamless travel across, allowing you to download free software, order free newsletters, and visit premium sites without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided. Even if you switch computers, you won't have to re-register – just use your Registration ID to identify yourself.
