If you would like to cancel your membership, kindly contact our Customer Support team. To be eligible for a refund, there must be no redemptions made on your ENTERTAINER membership, by you or any Family Members, and the refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Your refund should be processed within 7-10 days after the approval of your request, depending on your bank processing times.
