What are the different sections in the Account section of the App?

The Account screen of the app consists of different sections, which may vary depending on membership type (freemium vs premium), that helps users manage their personal details, app activity, and preferences. The account screen may include the following sections:

1. My Account 

This section contains all features related to the user’s personal account and data. 

  • Memberships: Lets you browse and purchase memberships, view your active memberships, and enable or disable auto-renewal. Accessible through Account > Memberships

  • Invite a Friend: Invite a friend to join Social Pass by sending them a link to the membership with a discount applied. Inviting friends will earn you a discount on your next Social Pass membership. Found in Account > Invite a Friend. 

  • Wallet: Allows you to view, add, edit, or remove saved payment cards for faster checkouts. Accessible through Account > Wallet

2. My Activity 

This section provides a record of all activities performed within the app. 

  • Redemptions: View a detailed history of your redemptions, including the date, time, place and category. Go to Activity > Redemptions.

  • Savings: Shows your total yearly savings. Accessible through Activity > Savings

  • Favourites: Displays offers and venues you’ve marked as favourites for quick access later. Accessible through Activity > Favourites

3. General 

This section covers app support, how it works, and settings. 

  • Settings: Manage preferences like password, terms and conditions, or sign out and delete your account. Located under Account > Settings.

  • Customer Support: Reach out for support by sending an email to our support team. Located under Account > Customer Support.

  • How It Works: Browse FAQs and Rules of Use for assistance. Located under Account > How It Works
