Can I login with multiple devices?

  • You can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in on a new device, the previous one will be logged out automatically.

  • Members can use their account on up to 2 devices, although not at the same time. If you wish to remove your account from an old or unused device, kindly contact customer support to discuss eligibility.

  • Non-members can use their account on 1 device only.

  • Fraudulent or duplicate accounts will be removed.

  • If your login details are shared or misused, access may be restricted.
